Mary Beth Ray teaches "Yoga for Vital Bones" - a sliding scale (0-$10), donation-based weekly, live, online class for folks with osteopenia or osteoporosis.

Class takes place on Zoom Wednesdays at 10:00 AM -11:15AM Pacific time zone.

All classes are recorded and shared on a private Facebook Group page that you will be invited to join once you register.
